Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders of $90 or more: Free standard shipping
  • Orders under $90: Flat rate of $10

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 6:00 PM (Central Standard Time) will be processed the following business day. Processing does not occur on weekends or federal holidays.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Total delivery time = processing time (1–3 business days) + transit time (3–5 business days).

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers depending on your location and package specifications. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress on the carrier's website.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible before shipment—contact us immediately at info@linecove.com or +1 717-586-9973.

Order Cancellation

  • Before shipment: Cancellation may be possible depending on order status. Contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation if processing has begun.
  • After shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. You may refuse delivery or follow our returns process once received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or resolution at no additional cost to you. In these cases, we cover return shipping.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for carrier delays but will assist in tracking your package.
