Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to qualify for a refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" or customized products cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance.

Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs, and cover return shipping.
