We warrant that products purchased from Linecove will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects, not damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims

If you receive a product that is defective or non-functional upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To file a DOA claim:

For DOA claims and warranty issues, we will cover return shipping costs if a return is necessary.
