Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel your order. This policy outlines when and how cancellations can be processed.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately at info@linecove.com or +1 717-586-9973 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST).

We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request, but we cannot guarantee it will be possible. Orders enter processing within 1–3 business days, and once processing has begun, cancellation may not be feasible.

If we successfully cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed after 6:00 PM (Central Standard Time) are processed the following business day. If you place an order after this time and wish to cancel, contact us as early as possible the next business day.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has shipped and you have received a tracking number, it cannot be cancelled. At this point, you have two options:

  1. Refuse delivery: You may refuse the package when the carrier attempts delivery. The package will be returned to us, and we will process a refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  2. Return after delivery: Accept the package and follow our standard returns process. You must initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refund Processing

Approved cancellations and refunds are processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.

Non-Cancellable Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" or customized products cannot be cancelled once the order is placed, as these items are prepared specifically for you.
